About Ventura Project Group
Creating Sustainable Results
A Seattle native and Yale graduate with 25-years as
a project and program manager for established technology-focused
companies, such as IBM, Wall Data, FourGen, and The Boeing Company, David
Gallimore founded Ventura Project Group in January 2005 to provide
business coaching that turns great ideas into meaningful, profitable, and
sustainable, long-term businesses.
Having been involved in nine startups involving
seven different companies, Gallimore has hired dozens of consultants and
contractors, successfully integrating them with existing employees to
create high performance teams and innovative new businesses, products,
services, and tools that are still in use and successful.
Through this experience, Gallimore quickly
recognized that visionary leaders really needed a trusted advisor who
could combine both big business management experience and entrepreneurial
spirit to realize their innovative business start up ideas.
And so, Ventura Project Group was born.
Ventura Project Group manages new
business start-up projects for established
Pacific Northwest companies. Our experienced project managers
combine Fortune 50 successes with an entrepreneurial spirit to help
companies meet business objectives, while strengthening internal project
teams. Creating order out of chaos, we help you launch your next great
idea with sustainable results.

Learning and Teaching Best Practices
We believe that keeping up with the latest best
practices in IT and Business project management is good for business.
Giving back to the next generation as a teacher, mentor, and researcher
is good for the community. David is an Adjunct Professor at Seattle
University's Albers School of Business and Economics. He co-founded a
community development and entrepreneurship clinic with the Center for
Entrepreneurship. Law and business students team up with local business
and legal leaders and two micro-lending organizations, WA Cash and
Community Capital, to provide free consulting to new and existing
companies and real world learning opportunities for the students. Click here for David's bio.
